Refund Policy For Digital Products & Instant Downloads

Digital Goods: All digital plans, services, e-books, and recordings, being non-tangible, irrevocable goods are instantly delivered to the preferred email address that a client enters at checkout. If you are unhappy with the product due to malfunction or any reason please contact customer care info@vixenextensions.com to resolve this matter. NO refunds will be issued on digital products.

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

SHIPPING + PROCESSING

How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out and 3-5 business days to receive your order by USPS. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 1 to 3 Business Days.

Shipping fees are added during check out, you will receive a tracking confirmation number once your order has been shipped out so that you will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website. For international shipping charges vary by the amount and distance, it will take 2 to 3 weeks for regular mail and 1 week for express mail depending on your county.

Please be advised all customized hand made wigs orders are based on your selection and will take up to 14 business days to create. Shipping is up to 3-5 business days.This does not include weekends or holidays. We begin creating your unique unit immediately upon payment.

​Please keep in mind when ordering our customized lace wigs, each wig is custom made per order specification. Manufacturing of your custom made wig typically takes 3-5 business days for natural black wigs and 4-6 business days for processed and custom colored wigs. We are not responsible for any lost packages once we receive signature confirmation from the shipping company. All orders require a signature.

Priority Mail International 6-10 days {$30.00} depending on your location.

Please allow up to 7-9 business days for all wig orders to process.

​You will NOT receive any updates on your order while it's being processed.

   

Please do not request tracking information unless 9 business days have passed for wig orders and 14 business days have passed for bundle orders which is the amount of time you agreed to when order was placed. Tracking information will be automatically sent via email after the order has been processed.

  

After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping takes between 2-5 days via UPS.

Ready to ship wigs ship out the next business (UPS 2-day Shipping)    

  

Any unforeseen delays caused by the shipping carrier, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for updates on your order.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We strive to have every customer fall in-love with their units and bundles. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

*We are not responsible for any packages lost in transit or stolen upon delivery*

Once payment is completed and an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided. Please allow up to 5 business days or less for payment processing where a full verification and fraud analysis process is completed. If payment is approved, your order will begin fulfillment which will take up to 2-3 business days. After being processed, your order will ship out within the promised time frame of the chosen shipping method during order checkout. Throughout this process, you will be notified with a variety of emails and/or texts which will include order confirmation, payment approval, order fulfillment, and finally a shipment email that will include a tracking number for your order.

We ship all of our orders through USPS using two main shipping processes explained below:

 

Standard Shipping: Up to 5 business day payment processing, 3 business day order fulfillment, and 3-8 Business Days for shipping excluding holidays and/or weekends

 Express Shipping: Up to 5 business day payment processing, 2 business day order fulfillment, and 1-5 Business Days for shipping excluding holidays and/or weekends

IMPORTANT: Due to the new GLOBAL SHIPPING ADJUSTMENTS and COVID-19 please expect a possible shipping delay which could take between 7-15 business days not including holidays and/or weekends. We will do our best to get your order to you within a timely manner however, please be patient with both us and the shipping carriers as we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

NOTE: Once your order has been shipped from our facility we are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed orders. Be sure to follow/track your order to avoid missed delivery.
