Returns & Exchange

May I return my order? 

Due to the nature of our products, there are NO REFUNDS. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, since wigs are also a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. All sales are FINAL for all hair extensions and wig orders. 
 

May I make an exchange?

We are here to help!

Yes, you can make an exchange within THREE (3) DAYS.

We are pleased to offer a return/exchange policy on unopened hair extensions within THREE (3) DAYS within you receiving your order. Exchanges will only be authorized within (3) days of receiving the items, any item received for an exchange after 3 days are not subject to an exchange NO EXCEPTIONS.

You must contact us first before returning/exchanging your package, all exchanges must be authorized by calling us at 1(888)816-8589 During Business Hours, or sending an email at contact@vluxxhairco.com before returning your order within the THREE (3) day return period. All Vluxx Hair Co Extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or an exchange will not be authorized. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, since wigs are also a hygienic product, we take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients. Therefore, our Vluxx Hair Co Extensions Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

The item must not be altered with any chemical or any of the physical abnormal appearance (like washed, colored and undamaged) or the item will be disqualified for an EXCHANGE.

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair outside of “Vluxx Hair Co. All Sales are final.

Please attach a note inside your package including your order number! 

You are responsible for all return/exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number because Vluxx Hair Co will not be responsible for lost returns. We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear the parcel which we will not be responsible for.
